S.A.F.E. alerts can bypass device silent and Do Not Disturb modes. They include one-tap response mechanisms and automatic escalation pathways if an alert is not acknowledged within a defined window. S.A.F.E. stands for Secure Alert For Emergency.

A formal request by an individual (or a parent on behalf of a child) for all personal data held about them by Trisende. Under UK GDPR Article 15, Trisende must respond within one calendar month. SARs are managed through the Admin Command Centre.
